I'm also planning a REALLY FUN challenge to go along with the Floral Traditions Series. Let's just say- you better get your camera ready and get ready to start posing!!

Whew! I just finished this kit. And now I can't wait to scrap with it myself. I've been skimming through my new srap mags and I see journaling strips everywhere! Then I thought- that would make a cool element. They could usd them as is or cut them up to individual strips- whatever they want. Neato! I'm also really fond of the flower made out of a book page. I think this kit will cover a wide range of uses- art journal, heritage, fall, everyday- even masculine LO's. Please let me know if you like it!

GREAT NEWS!!! for us junior designers and for YOU too!!! It's just been announced that we can now have 8 products in the store!!! 5 page kits, and 3 other non-page kit kits!! It's been kind of tough being limited to only 5 kits per month and trying to decided what will work best each month. This really allows for MUCH more creativity!! YEAAAAA!!!
So on that note, I've created an Add-On pack for Batik Butterfly!! Here it is! Hopefully in the store very soon!

I just finished these overlays for Heritage Theme Week at DSP. This overlay frame kit will be given away as a FREEBIE posting bonus. Check out the details at digitalscrapbookplace.com. I think I will also put them in the store in October. I think they will go really well with my Pretty Pumpkin Kit. I've never done a heritage layout myself, but I am so inspired by heritage week that I'm going to go dig up some old photos. I've know of one of my grandma that I would really like to scrap with.

Here's the matching Alpha. Whew! Alphas are A LOT of work. Even more than page kits I think. Because you have to do the same thing over and over again- 36 times!!! But I'm really happy with it. I think it will be very versatile- matching the kit but also will probably match a lot of other supplies!
You can enter my Where the Boys Are Challenge this week for a chance to win this Alpha for FREE! 10 random winners will be drawn at the end of the challenge.
After the challenge, the Alpha will be in the digitalscrapbookplace.com store in October.
I've been working hard on this one and I must say that I'm really, really pleased how it's turing out. I think it will be good for halloween, autumn, Thanksgiving- even heritage. I still have a ribbon and a bow to make. But now I want to make some pumpkin soup! I hope you like it too! It will be in the store in October.

Well, I'm on a "paper" scrapbooking retreat this weekend- EEEEKKK paper!! I'm the only one here with a laptop. Kinda funny. Slowly, one by one, the paper scrappers have been meekly making their way over as they get brave enough to ask questions. I have to say that they are blown away by the whole digital thing!! They can't believe that you can do the same thing on the computer- without the huge mess!! I've been asked the following many times today, "so you don't have to carry all your stuff?" "Where's all your supplies?" "So you just move things around on your laptop?" "Where's your albums?" etc. etc. The funniest thing is when a paper scrapper runs out of a letter in her paper alpha. Then you hear someone call out- "Does anyone have an A that matches this. I'm out of A's." I just chuckle to myself and think, "I never have that problem with digital."
Here's a kit I've put together while I'm here. Halloween is my number 1 favorite holiday!! This was so much fun. So much fun, in fact, that I may have to make an add-on pack too!! This will be in the DSP store in October.
